What is Transportable Pressure Equipment (TPED)?

(TPED) Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive – 2010/35/EU applies to manufacturers, authorised representatives, importers, distributors, operators and owners of certain types of transportable pressure equipment used for the transport of dangerous goods by road, rail and inland waterway.

Exclusions

Certain equipment, such as equipment used in military applications or specific types of nuclear reactors.
